This chocolate bar is Omnom’s first 100% bar, and has been crafted from Peruvian Gran Nativo cacao beans. We promise a unique experience which is dark, intense and bitter. A chocolate bar that will tantalise your palate.

Organic Gran Nativo Blanco cocoa beans from Peru, organic cocoa butter.
Weight - 60 g per plate.
Store in a cool & dry area. Designed and made in Iceland, in a facility that handles gluten, nuts, and dairy.

Strong yet pleasant

Intense bitterness at first which gets mellower once the papaya note is detected. The strong yet pleasant aftertaste add fullness to the overall flavour.

Can be improved

I wish I can taste more of the distinctive Peruvian beans in this bar. I also wish it is smoother in texture, although I would have been fine with lower cocoa butter content (hence drier texture) if in return I get richer flavour profile. Alas that is not the case with this bar.
